Inspired by Clippy, Microsoft Office’s early assistant (1997–2003), the goal was to create a character that enhances user experience and productivity for three types of users.
Recent years have seen a significant rise in work-related digital challenges. A common issue was that users often left the platform to search for help, disrupting their workflow.
To address this, we designed a virtual assistant that provides in-app support via chat, tailored to each user group.
Meet Doggo Doggo is the new virtual assistant powered by Generative AI, designed to improve productivity and task management with professionalism and personality.
The character can serve as the official brand mascot, offering flexible storytelling, strong engagement, and potential for viral marketing.
The dog was chosen for its universal recognition and connection to humans, backed by thousands of years of domestication.
The goal is to engage users without interrupting their workflow, making AI more accessible, especially for first-time users.
In addition to the character design, I developed the logo, color palette, and prototypes, and led creative visuals.
